Online facility to search name in Panchayat voter list

The facility to search name in Panchayat electoral rolls for the upcoming three-tier Panchayat elections 2025 has been activated on the portal by the State Election Commission. Voters can search the name in the list by simply clicking on the “Search Panchayat Voter” option and entering their name, father's name or other required information.

As per the Panchayat Electoral Rolls finally published on 17 January 2025, the name can be seen in the list available on the portal.


Process of adding name under special campaign

According to the information given by Secretary State Election Commission, Shri Rahul Kumar Goyal, for those voters whose names could not be included in the final publication due to any reason, the Commission ran a special campaign from 1 March 2025 to 22 March 2025. Under this campaign, the list revision was done by organizing village-wise meetings in all the Gram Panchayats of the state (except Haridwar district).

Even after this, if the name of any eligible voter is left out, then after getting approval from the concerned districts, the name of that voter becomes searchable on the portal.

Even now, if the name of any eligible person is not added in the Panchayat Electoral Roll, then he can add his name by the following process:
