The second list of BJP candidates for the Delhi Assembly elections can be released today. A meeting of the Central Election Committee was held regarding this late on Friday night.

PM Modi also attended this meeting. If sources are to be believed, the second list of BJP can come out today. Let us tell you that the party had released the first list on January 4, which included the names of 29 candidates.

On Friday night, a meeting of the Central Election Committee was held to select the remaining 41 candidates. However, all the seats could not be discussed, so once again on Saturday it will be discussed in the CEC meeting.

Process of Delhi Assembly Elections

The nomination process has started from yesterday. The last date for filing nomination is 17 January 2025. Let us tell you that the term of the current assembly of Delhi will end on 23 February.

Voting is to be held in the state on 5 February. While the Delhi vidhan sabha election results will be declared on 8 February.
