Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has said that the aim of the triple engine government in the state is not only to remain in power, but to bring the benefits of all government schemes to the last person of the society. He was addressing the “Dialogue with Municipal Bodies” program organized by the Urban Development Department at the Chief Servant House on Tuesday.
The presidents of all the Municipal Corporations, Municipalities and Nagar Panchayats of the state participated in this important meeting. CM Dhami clarified that the public representatives should not consider their post as just a formal responsibility but should perform it as a mission of public service. He said that the municipal bodies should be developed as service centers, not administrative units.
